About these terms
This website is run by PNZ Petroleum LLC, 1100 Sunrise Hwy, Amityville, NY 11701 (“PNZ Petroleum”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses it. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Using this website
You may browse the website and contact us through it for your own business or personal purposes. You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
- send messages that are false, abusive, unsolicited advertising or on behalf of someone else without their permission;
- try to get around the website’s security, including its bot check and rate limits, or test it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- copy large parts of the website, or collect its content with automated tools, except as search engines normally do;
- interfere with the website or overload it.
We may block access from anyone who breaks these terms.
Information on the site
The website describes our work in general terms. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. The scope, price and schedule of any project are agreed in writing, and only that written agreement binds either side.
The 3D station, its store, the floor plan and every price, product and vehicle shown on them are illustrations. They do not show a particular past or future project.
Your messages and privacy
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, store or company name, store location, topic and message. To keep the form secure we also process your IP address and the result of the bot check.
We use these details to reply to you, to discuss the work you asked about and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
To do this we rely on a few service providers, who process the details on our behalf:
- our email provider (Google Workspace or Brevo), which delivers your message to us and our confirmation to you;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a bot;
- our hosting provider, which runs the website and keeps short-lived technical logs. If our email service can’t deliver your message, it is recorded in those logs instead, so that we can still answer you.
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent: write to us through the contact form or at the address below.
The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The Get directions link opens Google Maps, which is covered by Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
Names, logos and content
The PNZ Petroleum name and logo, and the text, graphics, 3D models and code on this website, belong to PNZ Petroleum or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written permission. Valero and the Valero logo are trademarks of Valero Energy Corporation. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The 3D model also uses work by others, under these licences: the sedan is “A red mid-sized four-door sedan, 1990s to early 2000s” by TopoSphere on Sloyd, licensed CC BY 4.0 and modified (simplified, rescaled, paint made recolourable); the ground, wall and floor textures, the sky reflected in glass and paint, the hydrant, bins, utility cabinet and rooftop units come from Poly Haven (CC0); the trees were grown with ez-tree (MIT licence); the shelf and cooler pictures are Unsplash photos. Products and packaging shown in those pictures belong to their owners. The licence texts, for these and for the software the site runs on, are in the third-party notices.
The fuel prices on the price sign at the foot of each page are the weekly New York State averages published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. They are not the prices at any particular station.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PNZ Petroleum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or for any loss caused by relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
